There’s fiddles in Fortune! Roger Stone is an accomplished musician, songwriter and teacher from Cape Breton. A proficient multi-instrumentalist, he has an active career, performing solo, with others and with the well-loved Nova Scotia band McGinty. With performances at festivals like Celtic Colors and Halifax Celtic Fest, he’s poised for a strong Small Halls debut! Headlining the night is PEI’s Richard Wood. One of MacLean Magazines ‘Top 100 Canadians to Watch’ in the 21st century, the 5x ECMA winner has blown away sold out audiences around the world with his fiery brand of Celtic fiddle. A Small Halls staple, he’s performed with Rita MacNeil, Shania Twain, on The Late Show with David Letterman, at Carnegie Hall and more. A must see for Celtic lovers!
