Healing in the woods

Fireside meditation in the Den of the awakening heart. @ 8 minute group meditation, then time to share.
Vibrational energy healing with didgeridoos. @ 30 minutes
Optional wood fired sauna session @ 40 minutes, 20 min. heat and 20 min. relax or snowshoeing. (Remember to bring your towel and bathing suit if you wish to enjoy the sauna and snowshoes if you wish to enjoy snowshoeing.)
Maximum 6 spots available for this event.
Cost is $30 per person and pre-booking required.
