Haircuts are extremely limited and will be drawn through a lottery system. You will be notified if you got a slot and the time of the slot the week before the event. 

?Would you like to donate? We are in need of donations of brand-new backpacks and $5 or $10 gifts cards to Walmart and Staples ONLY. Donations will be accepted at the Keystone Opportunity Center during normal operating hours.
