Women's Wellness at Our Pilates Studio

The evening will begin with a 30 minute mat Pilates class with Han, followed by a 45 minute info session with Tori all about Women's Health. The night will be accompanied by bubbles, nibbles and connection with likeminded local women.

In the discussion with Tori you will:

• Understand the anatomy of the pelvic floor
• Uncover the “why” behind common concerns like prolapse or leaking and learn what you can do to fix them
• Learn exactly how to engage and activate your pelvic floor by using simple and practical cues and tips
• Leave feeling empowered, educated, and ready to take control of your pelvic healthThe details:
