Shelley will guide you step-by-step through:
-> Preparing, colouring, and mastering royal icing consistency
 -> Flooding and wet-on-wet techniques for smooth, professional designs
 -> Staggered flooding for added dimension and detail
 -> Decorating five Valentine-themed cookies, from hearts and love letters to adorable treats with romantic flair

Each participant will take home beautifully decorated cookies, along with Shelley’s signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can recreate the magic at home.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this sweet workshop is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day — and create something almost too pretty (and delicious!) to eat.
