Easter Cookie Decorating Class

Celebrate spring, creativity, and all things sweet with a hands-on Easter Cookie Decorating Workshop led by Shelley Trudeau.
This fun and welcoming 2.5 hour class will teach you how to turn funfetti sugar cookies into cheerful, edible works of art — perfect for Easter celebrations, gifting, or enjoying yourself.

Shelley will guide you step-by-step through:

Preparing, colouring, and mastering royal icing consistency

Flooding and wet-on-wet techniques for smooth, professional designs

Staggered flooding for added dimension and detail

Decorating five Easter-themed cookies, with four design options to choose from: Easter egg, tulip, flower, and Easter bunny

Each participant will take home their beautifully decorated cookies, along with Shelley’s signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can recreate the sweetness at home.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this joyful Easter workshop is a fun, creative way to celebrate the season — and make treats that are almost too cute (and delicious) to eat
