The next meeting is on Friday, July 3rd  from 7 to 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30pm. A donation of $10 is requested. I bring percussion instruments and bring your own favorites.

This class is based on five decades of global travel performing and conducting rhythm sessions for corporate team building and community groups. My down-to-earth, step-by-step system makes it fun and easy for everyone, at any level of experience - including none at all - to reinforce my fundamental themes of communicating, collaborating and celebrating through rhythm. This family-friendly gathering also integrates the uplifting state of entrainment that musicians call the Groove as a way to reinforce powerful life rhythms, patterns of attitude and action, into our daily lives.
