Sonoma Speaker Series: In Conversation with NICK BUETTNER

Nick Buettner is a dynamic speaker and Director of Community and Corporate Programs for the Blue Zones Project, where he helps people live longer, healthier lives. He has led 17 global expeditions to study the world’s Blue Zones—regions known for exceptional longevity—and has translated their lessons into practical strategies that have impacted over 5 million people. Nick’s presentations combine powerful data with heartfelt and often humorous stories, offering audiences simple, actionable steps to improve well-being. He will be joined in conversation by Nichole Warwick, Executive Director of Blue Zone Petaluma.

VIP Ticket Buyers: VIP Reception is held in the Legacy Center at Hanna from 5:45-6:45pm. Includes complimentary beer, wine, sparkling water & light appetizers, a 'meet and greet' with the speaker, plus priority seating in the first 4 rows of the auditorium for the speaker presentation (7-8:30pm)

General Admission: Doors open at 6:15pm. Open Seating. Beer ($5), Wine ($7) & Sparkling Water ($3) is available for sale before the Speaker Presentation (7-8:30pm). Cash & credit cards accepted.
