Sonoma Plant Parenthood Integration Circle

Our in-person integration circle creates a safe, welcoming space for parents to gather, connect, and be in real conversation with one another. Together, we share experiences, questions, insights, and wisdom, while offering gentle accountability and peer support.

✨ This gathering marks the official launch of the Sonoma County Plant Parenthood Chapter, and we are deeply excited to begin cultivating this local community together.

The circle will be lightly facilitated by Aubree and Kate, who will help hold a compassionate and supportive container. While this group is open to all, the focus will be on how psychedelics and psychedelic integration intersect specifically with the lived experience of parenting.

Themes we may explore include:

• Talking with children about plant medicines and psychedelics
• Navigating stigma and shame within parent and school communities
• Adolescents and teen relationships with psychedelics
• Integration as a family and relational process
• Healing intergenerational trauma
• Conversations with our own parents about psychedelics
