Hands on Cheesemaking & Butter Class

Guests of the hands on cheesemaking class will each make fresh Creme de Ricotta, a fresh cow milk cheese.

Join award-winning cheesemaker Sheana Davis and wine expert Ben Sessions for unforgettable cheese and butter making classes. Perfect for team building, celebrations, and educational events, our classes are interactive, fun, and easy for everyone.

From classes on how to make Creme de Ricotta wheel to Mozzarella Pulling to butter-making classes, guests will always leave with a creamy treat to take home (if it makes it that far!) – so bring a small cooler with you.

With each class, we give back to the community by providing meals for food-insecure seniors in Sonoma Valley. After learning how to make cheese, our guests can prepare these meals and write personal notes for the seniors on the lids.
