This is an alcohol- and substance-free retreat. We create clarity, connection, and safety by staying fully present.

All equine activities take place on the ground. No riding — all work is experiential, mindful, and accessible for everybody.

This is a shared community environment. We honor privacy, respect boundaries, and hold space for each other’s process.

Trauma-informed facilitation. You are encouraged to participate at your own pace — no pressure, no pushing.
