Vi inviterer til high rope-klatring på Idrætshøjskolen i Sønderborg, hvor du får mulighed for at udfordre både krop og hoved i sikre og professionelle rammer. Her handler det om at rykke egne grænser, stole på sig selv og hinanden og samtidig have en sjov og anderledes oplevelse sammen med andre unge.

Banerne er bygget højt over jorden og byder på forskellige udfordringer, hvor balance, mod og koncentration bliver sat på prøve. Undervejs bliver du guidet af instruktører, så alle kan være med uanset erfaring. Det er en oplevelse med sus i maven, sved på panden og masser af grin, når I hepper på hinanden og klarer udfordringerne sammen.

Eventet finder sted tirsdag den 21. april fra 18:30-20:00 på Idrætshøjskolen, for unge mellem 18-35 og koster 99kr. 

** Vi forbeholder os retten til at aflyse, hvis vejret er dårligt, og det vil være uhensigtsmæssigt at klatre. Pengene vil naturligvis blive refunderet i sådanne tilfælde.

Tilmeldingen er netop åbnet, og der er kun 16 pladser. Så hvis du vil sikre dig en plads, gælder det om at være hurtig. 💪🧗‍♂️

High rope climbing at Idrætshøjskolen 🧗🏼‍♀️

Are you ready to reach new heights and feel the adrenaline pumping? We invite you to a high rope climbing experience at Idrætshøjskolen in Sønderborg, where you will have the chance to challenge both your body and mind in a safe and professional environment. It is all about pushing your limits, trusting yourself and each other, and enjoying a fun and different experience together with other young people.

The courses are built high above the ground and offer a variety of challenges where balance, courage, and concentration are put to the test. Along the way, instructors will guide you, so everyone can participate regardless of experience. It is an experience full of excitement, a rush in your stomach, sweat on your forehead, and plenty of laughter as you cheer each other on and overcome the challenges together.

The event takes place on Tuesday, April 21 from 18:30 to 20:00 at Idrætshøjskolen. It is for young people aged 18–35 and costs 99 DKK.

We reserve the right to cancel if the weather is bad and it would be inappropriate to climb. The money will of course be refunded in such cases.


Registration has just opened, and there are only 16 spots available, so if you want to secure your place, you need to act fast. 💪🧗‍♂️
