Ready to Rumble: London Edition

Date: Saturday, March 7th

Time: Check-in & equipment pickup @ 9:30am, Class @ 10-11am

Stick around for 30 mins after class for raffle basket giveaways + refreshments!

Location: Rumble Boxing Assembly Square

Can take the Orange Line to "Assembly" or find parking in the lot nearby.

Tickets: $50

Included in that price:

• A spot in the 60-min "Signature" class
• A pair of hand wraps (to keep) + free glove rental for the day
• An additional credit for ANOTHER class to be used at a later date ($32 value!)
• (1) raffle ticket for a few basket giveaways
• Light breakfast after class (bagels, fruit, etc.)

The "Signature Rumble" hits the sweet spot of boxing, HIIT and strength training. Each 3 minute round meets high-energy mixed with active recoveries to maximize cardio-boosting benefits and results.

• Full-body: Head-to-toe strength - Build a strong upper body, lower body and core
• Upper Body: Pump up your arms, back, chest & abs on the floor side.
• Lower Body: Hit glutes, quads, hamstrings & core on the floor side.
