Peaceful Auricular Community Acupuncture for Spring

We're delighted to, once again, invite you to join us for a balancing reset with peaceful and reflective community auricular (ear!) acupuncture as we transition from winter into spring. Our resident acupuncturist Joanna of Milkweed Acupuncture will guide you through the NADA protocol, a renowned 5-needle auricular treatment that is deeply soothing to mind, body, and heart.👂 ♥️

When we come together, we'll spend time connecting inward and with each other, setting personal intentions for this seasonal transition. Once the acupuncture needles are in, the time will be a space to fully unwind, rest, and come home to yourself through a guided meditation and the calming support of the needles. We'll wrap up our time together with brief community connection and reflection. 🧘‍♀️🌱🧘

🤗 Please bring water, soft layers or even a blanket, and arrive having recently eaten. You will be laying down, so you may also choose to bring a blanket to roll under your knees for lumbar support.

A note: if you are nervous about needles, this may not be an ideal space for trying acupuncture for the first time, as auricular needles can sometimes be pinchy. 🎟️ The cost of this event is on a pay-what-you-can sliding scale of $50-75, with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
