About the event

American Budokan Basic Women's Self-Defense Course

Women's self-defense class (ages 13+) will begin on January 30th, 2026 @ 6-8 pm at Snook City Community Center. Participants can sign up by emailing , or texting your name and 'female self-defense course' to (979) 383-4563.

This is a no/low contact course. Basic comfortable workout attire is required. See the attached lesson plan for further details.
