You may have grown up with the conditioning or beliefs that it is not OK for you to own your power, be seen, heard and fully-expressed.
You may be holding the fear of judgement, criticism, or simply of not being good enough if you were to fully own your personal power, speak your truth or share your innate wisdom and medicine.
Understandably, you shut down your magic, cut off your voice and go into hiding.
Moving in the world with self-doubt, fear and an endless thread of longing, because deep down you know you can shine, you just don’t know how….
Who is this workshop for?
You consider yourself to be: An awakening contemporary light worker, witch, spiritual coach/teacher, alchemist, or work as a coach, guide, facilitator or teacher; which can mean feeling a connection to spirit, ceremony, nature, the elements, the universe, the magical, simply sensing something beyond ourselves.
After centuries of the patriarchy controlling and silencing women, this is the time for the feminine to reclaim her power. This has not served the masculine who has also suffered. This group is an expansion for both men and women.
You have some personal or spiritual development experience: You’re familiar with the journey of inner exploration and understand the power of inner transformation to manifest changes in your life.
You’re ready to be seen, heard and affirmed: You’re eager to step into the spotlight, express yourself in front of others, and receive support as you navigate any challenges that arise during this process in a safe and supportive space of the heart.
Develop the courage and confidence to go out in the world and be your real self, by communicating with clarity and intention, who you are and what you do.
What to Expect.
We will be using the power of manifesting, using ceremony, connecting us with our ancestors, spirit guides and invisible support. With the understanding that many of our patterns and self beliefs are passed down ancestrally and karmically, we gain insight into our sub-conscious and unconscious.
Bhavo works with every participant individually with the support of the group, supporting you to let go of any negative self beliefs, guilt, stuck negativity, shame and what is not ‘yours,’ and guiding and affirming you towards celebrating your innate medicine and personal power. By allowing your vulnerability to be seen, in an energy of love and acceptance, the trust arises and you ‘get it’ that you are a beautiful human being ready to own and embrace all aspects of you.
We will create a field of the heart, creating safety, support and trust, so we can celebrate ourselves, share, and feel loved.
There will be active and passive meditations, breathwork, role playing, sharings, presentation skills….and also a lot of fun and celebration!
