Phil Cooper and Becky Miles - Lean Farming

For our final meeting on 2025 we are joined by Phil Cooper and Becky Miles from Lean Farming UK, Phil and Becky have many years practical farming and consultancy experience both in UK and Europe and have a passion for helping farmers and their teams achieve identified goals. They met via the European Lean Discussion Group, both having a desire to learn more about Lean from farmers and experts across the globe. Collaborating to share their knowledge and experience they received bespoke training from Sarah Watson, Lean farming facilitator in New Zealand, and started Lean Farming UK Ltd to help farmers and their teams learn how to practically implement lean management on their farms.
Becky and Phil will be giving a taster to their lean farming workshops, and how you can apply the skills obtained to any area of your business. By prioritising efficiency, you drive your business forward with purpose and precision, to pave the way for success, resulting in saved time, reduced waste and everything in its place.
