Create your own filled chocolate snacking bars in this hands-on workshop, working with smooth Lotus Biscoff spread and crunchy Biscoff biscuit crumbs.
You’ll learn how to temper chocolate correctly then decorate your mould before casting bars into snacking-bar mould. Once set, you’ll fill each bar with a soft Biscoff centre, adding biscuit crumb for texture and balance, then seal and finish them neatly.
Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through professional techniques used by artisan chocolatier. The workshop takes place in a relaxed studio setting, with all equipment and ingredients provided.
