An opportunity to delve deeper into Primary Series and/or Intermediate Series with Jane Piddington - a Senior Yoga Teacher with 25 years teaching experience and a daily Ashtanga practice.
Primary Series 9.30amto 12, Intermediate Series 1pm to 3.30.
Cost £35 for either session or £60 for both. Message Jane to book. Open to those who have been practicing Ashtanga for 6 months minimum.
