🎟 Tickets & Seating
• Tickets are available ONLY through TinaWilliamsArt.com
• Please purchase your tickets before arriving — seating is not guaranteed for walk-ins, and events often fill quickly
• Attempting to buy at the door may result in you becoming a spectator rather than a painter at a table
• Tina Williams Art is an independent business separate from The Gathering Place Studio. Please note that ticket purchasing is different from other GPS events.
🕒 Arrival Time
• Check-in opens at 6:15 PM
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, we will still be setting up to make your work station perfect.
• Please be ready to go at 6:30! Late arrivals take away from the experience and we fill every minute with fun watercolor creativity.

• Beginner-friendly step-by-step watercolor instruction
• A judgment-free zone where creativity in every form is welcomed
• A 9x12 watercolor painting inspired by the sample image
• A warm, relaxed atmosphere full of laughter, encouragement, and “I actually did this!” moments
• Supplies available for purchase if you’d like to continue your painting journey at home
• The Gathering Place always has the liquid watercolors available to purchase in their store. So swing by anytime to pick them up!

• Ages 12+ only
• All minors must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian
🍷 BYOB Details
• This event is happily BYOB — bring your favorite beverage to sip while you paint
• Please drink responsibly so your trees stay upright and your snow doesn’t turn into confetti storms
• Light snacks are welcome as well!
• Keep in mind that space is a bit limited so a full turkey dinner spread might be hard to manage.
