This month, we are proud to be hosted and sponsored by The Urban Stillhouse. We’re stepping into their beautiful space for a true Mardi Gras celebration featuring their very own Chef Jake Stearns.

THE PROGRAM: Chef Jake will be our featured speaker, sharing stories from his culinary journey and his time spent immersed in the culture and flavors of New Orleans.

THE FEAST: Following the presentation, Chef Jake is serving up a fresh Shrimp Boil spread, with ingredients sourced directly from New Orleans specifically for this YPLC event. This is a high-end, authentic meal you won't want to miss!
