The National Preparedness Network is hosting an open community meeting to introduce the Resilient Threads program. This meeting is for anyone interested in learning skills, getting involved locally, or helping strengthen our community.
Date: March 14
Location: Extension Office, Room C
During the meeting we will cover:
• Program overview and goals
• Volunteer opportunities
• Community garden participation and sign ups
• How individuals, families, and organizations can get involved
Resilient Threads is a community stabilization and skills program focused on practical life skills, food access, and mutual support. The program is open to all residents. No experience is needed. If you want to learn, help, or simply see what it is about, you are welcome.
This is also a chance to meet the team, ask questions, and help shape the program as it grows locally. We hope you will join us and be part of building a stronger, more resilient community.
