6 Week Fit Programme
Specialised training with Pilates Instructor, Movement Specialist and Sportswoman Fran Siebrits, based on pilates principles:
- Dynamic class at a relatively high level of intensity and fun
- Overall strengthening & toning
- Core strengthening
- Cardio conditioning
- Neuromuscular patterning
- Increasing effective movement patterns (especially sling patterns)
- Stability, mobility & agility exercises
- Improving myofascial pliability
- Endurance & explosive techniques for fast & slow twitch fibres
Perfect training for the upcoming Argus Cycle Tour, Two Oceans Half and Full Marathons, or simply just for general fitness conditioning, maintenance or for the challenge.
Please note that these sessions will not be able to accommodate injured or otherly-abled bodies.
