Shore Medical Center and the Cape Atlantic Coalition for Health invite cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers to join us for "Cancer: Thriving & Surviving," a free six-week workshop designed to empower and support you through your journey.  

? Dates: Every Tuesday, January 28 – March 4  
? Time: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM  
? Location: Shore Cancer Center (located on the corner of Medical Center Way & Shore Road, Somers Point) 

Developed by Stanford University, this interactive program provides practical skills and strategies to manage your health, build confidence, and maintain an active, fulfilling life.  

You'll learn how to: 
✅ Cope with cancer-related challenges like fatigue, pain, and isolation  
✅ Set and achieve personal goals to improve quality of life  
✅ Eat healthy and incorporate exercise  
✅ Communicate effectively with loved ones and healthcare providers  
✅ Make informed treatment decisions  

Participants will also receive a complimentary copy of "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" to continue their journey after the workshop.
