Take a Break, Breathe, and Restore — A FREE Monthly Yoga Class for Caregivers
Whether you’re a parent or caregiver of a child with special needs, coping with grief, or simply navigating life’s challenges, this space is for you.
Join us in Solon at 9:30am on any (or all!) of these sessions: 9/15, 10/6, 11/3, 12/1.
These gentle and restorative yoga sessions are FREE (donation-optional) and designed to help you pause, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Expect gentle movement, deep relaxation, and a welcoming community of people who understand what it means to show up for others while needing care themselves.
Come as you are—beginner friendly, no experience needed. Leave feeling supported, refreshed, and reminded that you are not alone.
