This is an intermediate/advanced baking camp designed for kids who are ready to work with more precision, patience, and technique and tackle desserts most never will event try to attempt! 

Kids work in small groups, and I’m intentional about grouping by age and experience. Older or more advanced bakers are grouped together so I can teach to that level. This camp is best for kids who already have solid foundational skills and are ready for longer processes and more exact techniques.

This camp is part of our Around the World baking series, with a focus on France. 

What we’ll make

Éclairs, Crème Brûlée (they will be making one to take home to show off to the family!) and Cream Puffs (along with pastry filling)

For those in the leadership programs who plan to help with the Beginner/Intermediate Baking Camp the following week, this is a great one to attend. They will learn the technique of making choux pastry, which is the same technique we will use when making churros with the younger campers.
