No perfection needed , just show up and move and feel better than when you walked in. 

Pair that with Juice Buzz's fresh cold-pressed juices and delicious wraps and you’ve got the perfect combo: move your body, then treat it! Whether someone wants to power up with something refreshing after class or simply enjoy a healthy moment of self-care, Pressed & Pilates brings together community, energy, and wellness in a way that feels light, fun, and totally accessible. 

It’s not about being “perfect” at Pilates , it’s about feeling good, moving with intention, and enjoying the experience.
Tickets are $35. This includes the 45 minute class, a juice & a wrap/salad to go!
