Together with our chef, you’ll learn how to mix, roll, and cut silky ribbons of traditional pappardelle from scratch. Along the way, you’ll master techniques for achieving the perfect texture and explore classic sauce pairings that showcase this wide, rustic noodle. By the end of class, you’ll not only enjoy a delicious meal but also gain the confidence to recreate homemade pasta at home for family and friends.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 16 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
