Explore with me how to get in an amplified state of mind, into the pure ecstasy, thanks to the ancients practices of Shamanic Yoga.
Surrounded by this mystical lake, and the power of the vulacanos, we will connect to all those naturals elements, learning how we can mutually recharge with Morher Nature.
There is no an authentic yoga without the escstasy, a necessary state to feel One with the All.
In that state you can fly over the ordinary category of the mind and getting in true connection with your soul, which is not separate to the “Soul of the world”.
In this state you can heal, you can restore, and expanding your creative mind.
The vibrant community that will host us is part of this high vibration we will dig in.
So it will be an experience into the experience.
I would love to visit with you a Caco factory made up beautiful souls, where we can learn the sacredness of this ancient “medicine”, which it opens the heart and can helps to set intentions of unconditional Love.

What’s included?
Accomodation, meals and daily Shamanic Yoga practices, Mindfulness and Past regression to awaken the Eros, necessary for the pure ecstasy. Is all based to the Imaginal approach which embrace the psycolgy of the profound, and the archetypal aspect.
The schedule will be almost the same every day.
At 7.30 we will begin the day with an early yoga morning, slowly awakening and embracing our vital energy into an active mood, which it last around one hour and half, will follow after the breakfast.
You will have some free time after breakfast, around one hour, to immerge after again into the practices.
One of the practices is the work on the images of Mother and Father, thanks to the Visionary Mandala, and then we will dig into a symbolically past regression to observe the emotions there are behind those two images, which are a projection of your soul.
The Eros is so related to the relation we have with those two archetype.
You will have lunch and a bit of rest after.
I’d like to reunite with a circle sharing in the afternoon, before to practice, and see what daily emerge into our collective uncoscious.
I’d like to share the Chankamana meditation, which is a conscious walk in the Nature, and so when we find a nice spot to meditate, we will practice some Shinrin Yoku, a Japanese technique to mutually recharge with Nature.
In the afternoon I’d like to have a special shamanic yoga session for the sunset, and will follow the dinner.
A nice Yin yoga with a Shamanic approach will follow before to end every day, with a final meditation.

We could also go to vist the women making the cacao, but that’s something we can discuss togheter.
