As you descend, you will enjoy wide panoramic views of Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes, with far fewer people and a peaceful atmosphere. The mirador viewpoint offers one of the most beautiful and lesser-known perspectives of the lake, perfect for photos and a relaxed break.

The trail continues down into Santa Catarina Palopó, famous for its colorful houses, traditional Mayan culture, and stunning lakeside setting. This hike combines nature, culture, and scenery, making it ideal for travelers looking for a moderate adventure away from the crowds.

Price is $45 per person and includes transportation from Panajachel up to the mirador and return transport from Santa Catarina Palopó back to Panajachel.
