Welcome to Little Peace’s half-year long Deepening Course. This course offers you the opportunity to dive deeper into the teachings of yoga and integrate them into your very own life. Your unique story will be the entry point, which makes this more of a personal journey than just a ”yoga school”. We will gather for six weekends and one Thursday each month, in a safe and supportive space, from which we will explore the many aspects this healing system has to offer.
WE SEE A GROWING INTEREST in deepening the understanding of yoga. But often, the courses offered on the market are teacher trainings. For us, the motivation to contribute to more yoga instructors is not as high as the motivation to contribute to more human beings who are whole and well integrated in the practice of yoga. Therefore, we have created this 6-month deepening program for those who want to dive deeper into yoga—not to learn how to teach it to others,
but to focus on how to integrate these ancient teachings into your very own life.
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU, WHO:
Are ready to take your understanding of yoga to the next level.
Want to gain a deeper understanding of your personality,
body and behavior.
Long for yoga and spirituality—beyond asana classes—to become more integrated into your everyday life.
Want to learn how to master the most fundamental techniques of yoga.
Long for a Sangha, or “yoga buddies,” to discuss, grow and heal together with.
Have or have not completed a teacher training but want to integrate the teachings more deeply.
Long for a personal Sadhana (a daily practice) and a sustainable change in your life.
Have attended Hanna’s classes /retreats and feel curious or called to study more under her guidance.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
During this spring we will meet twice every month: One Thursday evening to check in and be introduced to the new subject, and one weekend to dive deeper into the topic. Literature, films, and lectures will be provided for self-study between classes. (Not a heavy workload—set aside about 5–10 hours between meetings.)
The purpose of this course is to share knowledge about the different aspects of the yoga system, moving between theory, practice and personal integration. A personal meeting with Hanna will be included in the beginning and toward the end of the course for you to get personal support and to address any questions or reflections you might have. Also, a 60 minute reading with Ayurveda master Govind Radhakrishnan will be included in the course to support your personal journey further.
With the guidance of a dedicated teacher (-s) and the support of a safe group, we will unfold the wisdom of these teachings together and what they can bring light upon in our lives.
