No question is ever too silly. Whether you're wondering if what you're feeling is normal, have questions about labour and birth, or simply need some reassurance, you'll receive honest, evidence-based advice from someone who has spent nearly four decades caring for women and their babies. One of the loveliest parts of Yummy Yoga Mummies is the friendships that are made. You'll become part of a supportive community of local moms who laugh together, support one another and often stay in touch long after their babies have arrived. My classes are suitable from **12 weeks of pregnancy** right up until your baby is born. As a registered midwife, your safety and your baby's wellbeing are always my highest priority, and I pride myself on providing one of the safest pregnancy yoga classes around. When you join a course, you'll also become part of our friendly WhatsApp group, giving you extra support between classes.
