Gentle Yoga Sound Bath

A blissful 90 minute session of deep relaxation and healing led by Abbey and Clare.

The first half will be a gentle Yin Yoga practice with a sprinkling of sound followed by a Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation for deep relaxation) led by Abbey. This prepares the body and mind to drop into deep state of stillness, ready for the sound bath. The yoga is all floor based - no standing postures, you do not need to be flexible to participate, alternative options are provided to meet people's needs. During the yoga Clare will be doing distance reiki healing.

The second half you will be taken on an immersive journey of sounds led by Clare & Abbey; supporting you mentally, physically and spiritually. A magical voyage of Crystal bowls, Koshi Chimes, Gongs, Shamanic drum and more - helping to bring calm and tranquility.
