- **Event Description**: We have the wonderful Alicia Domenica joining us at the Kpole Solihull Studio on the 6th September for 3 awesome workshops! Whether you're creating shapes in the hoop, working on dynamics, or leaving the hoop/pole behind for an hour to twerk it out, we can't wait to see what you get up to!

10:00am- 11:15am Hoop Inspiration
Pre-Reqs: Confident hoop mount
During this workshop, you will learn some of Alicia's signature tricks and transitions. These will include cute shapes, a variety of mounts, hoop flow and some optional spin work. 

11:30am-12:45pm Explosive Hoop
Pre-Reqs: Confident hoop mount
Alicia will focus on hoop dynamics such as rolls, drops and grip changes! Alicia will take you through a variety of dynamic movements and sequences to expand your hoop skills.

1:00pm-2:00pm Twerk
Alicia will go through a variety of twerk techniques to help you build a small twerk routine. This fun full body workout is open to all abilities.
Knee pads and comfy footwear recommended.

Hoop workshops: 75 minutes long, £40 for KPole members, £42.50 for non-members
Twerk workshop: 60 minutes long, £35 for KPole members, £37.50 for non-members

Booking opens Sunday 3rd May at 10am for KPole Members and will go on General Sale on Monday 4th May at 10am.

To book your space pease contact KPole through our social media pages. Payment can be made through Paypal or BT to the studio account, but please do not send money without speaking to us first as spaces are limited and our bank details have recently changed.

Workshop spaces are non-refundable but you may sell on your space if you are no longer able to attend. If you are selling your space on please let us know as we have had issues with scammers selling spaces in the past and cannot be held liable if this should occur.
