Atomic Groove's "Good Vibez Only" Dance Party Happy Hour

We’re feeling like we all could use some good vibez... so bring ‘em and share ‘em with each other as we all groove together on the dance floor at the Belly Up, 5-8p. Bring your smiles and your happy feet, too!

We'll feature our "Feel Good" AG guests: incredible AG vocalist Mark Jones and amazing AG Conga Girl Monette. Performer Studentz from the CW Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs, vibin’ high with their continuous positive evolution. The entire AG band will once again help raise the vibration, like we always do at these Happy Hours for the past 20+ years!

Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie of Carrie Weiland Fitness. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and Select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: Nov. 15th). A brand new series (#16) started October 28th and runs for approx 10 weeks. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. The routine is taught and re-taught progressively in sections, so come any time druing the series. Maybe even get on stage?!
