✨ Learning NVC is equal parts a journey to inner peace and learning new skills.
Over this weekend workshop Shona Cameron will introduce and explore the NVC Dance Floors (As developed by Bridget Belgrave and Gina Lawrie). For participants who want to deepen their integration of NVC, skills and healing: for their own self development AND to learn develop skill as NVC sharers*.
You can come and choose your own focus for learning.

This is an invitation to join and come as you are!
🌀 Shona will introduce the Dance Floors for deepening inner processes, Self Empathy, Anger, Guilt Shame and Depression, the Chooser/ Educator and the Yes /No Dance Floor. (TIme permitting) There will be plenty of space for questions, practice and learning by doing. Also opportunities to learn how to coach and facilitate these dances in a way which brings authenticity, flow and growth.
There will be a plan and we will go with what comes alive in the group.
Be prepared to be surprised by the power of these cards on the floor!
* You don't need to be a Trainer or even want to be one- however you share NVC is welcome.
🌟 About Shona Cameron
Shona was working as an Educational Psychologist when she first met Marshall Rosenerg in Switzerland in 2004. During that International Intensive Training Shona’s life took a different turn. Now over 20 years later Shona works sharing NVC around the world, excited to prove the universality and this way of being and to share the hope it brings fo peace. Shona works with individuals, organisations, families and herself wanting us all to thrive! Part of ESEAT she is an assessor and mentor for Certification Candidates. She loves to dance and take long walks and read.
