Всички събития, с изключение (виж долу) са с отворен достъп срещу дарение. Предимство имат участниците с Full Folk Marathon Pass, но ако има достатъчно място, може да се включите като външен участник. Препоръчаните дарения за работилниците са 8-10 евро, а за концертите 10-15 евро. Дарения отиват при музикантите, които водят работилницата или свирят на концерта. 

Изключението е за вечерните концерти в клуб ПАВЕ и новогодишното парти в клуб ПАВЕ: трябва да запазите мястото си като заплатите 10 евро. Вътре можете да подкрепите музикантите директно с дарения. Билетът помага за покриване на основните организационни разходи, а даренията са предназначени за пътуването, престоя и изпълненията на артистите. https://folkmarathonsofia.com/programme 

? Фолк Маратон е некомерсиално общностно събитие, което се провежда всяка година в различен град, а сега за първи път в България. Участват 300 музиканти от цяла Европа - голяма част от тях предлагат работилница или концерт, и така се сформира програмата. В момента в нея има над 100 работилници и над 60 концерта. ???

Всеки от музикантите заплаща и дарение, с което подпомага организация на фестивала. В този смисъл, Фолк Маратон работи по същия начин, както наемането на къща за гости за Нова Година - само че вместо малка група приятели да събира пари за наем на къща, 300 човека събират наем на 11 локации в центъра на София, за да свирят, пеят и танцуват заедно.

All events, with the exception noted below, are open-access and donation-based. Priority is given to participants with a Full Folk Marathon Pass, but if there is enough space, external participants can also join. The recommended donations are €8–10 for workshops and €10–15 for concerts. Donations go directly to the musicians who lead the workshops or perform in the concerts.

The exception applies to the evening concerts at Club PAVE and the New Year’s party at Club PAVE  you need to reserve your spot by paying €10 ticket to the link on our website. Inside the club, you can support the musicians directly with donations. The ticket helps cover basic organization costs, while donations go toward the artists' travel, stay, and performances. https://folkmarathonsofia.com/programme

? Folk Marathon is a non-commercial, community-based event that takes place each year in a different city, and this year it is being held in Bulgaria for the first time. 300 musicians from across Europe are taking part—many of them offering a workshop or a concert, which together form the programme. It currently includes over 100 workshops and more than 60 concerts. ???

Each musician also contributes a donation that helps support the organization of the festival. In this sense, Folk Marathon works much like renting a guesthouse for New Year’s Eve—except that instead of a small group of friends pooling money to rent one house, 300 people come together to cover the rent of 11 venues in the center of Sofia, in order to play music, sing, and dance together.
