The Mental Health Literacy Forum is organized under the project “Mental Health Literacy,” funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The evening will open with a panel discussion featuring experts from different countries, who will explore some of today’s most urgent and nuanced questions about youth mental health.

We will discuss topics such as:
- The difference between mental health and mental illness and why it matters;
- The rise of over-medicalization and how we define “normal” struggles;
- The growing awareness around mental health — and the risk of turning it into a social identity rather than a practice;
- How social media and digital culture shape young people’s self-esteem and emotional regulation;
- The intersection of youth work and mental health support — where the boundaries lie and how to navigate them;
- How mental health literacy can break stigma and foster connection.

- Expert panel discussion and open dialogue with professionals from across Europe + discussions and Q&A time
- Resource sharing: Participants will receive practical tools and materials developed during the Erasmus+ project to support their work with young people
- Networking & cocktail: A relaxed informal session for deeper conversations and collaboration

Participation is possible only with prior registration and confirmation from the organizing team.
