🔹Course Format:
⏳ Duration: 2 days
✅ Target Audience: All healthcare professionals
✅ Theory: Online pre-course module on CoSy (approximately 15-20 hours). Completion is mandatory before the course!
✅ Hands-On Training: 2-day practical session (14+ hours, excluding breaks).
✅ Skills You’ll Learn:
• Recognition of the critically ill child
• Assessing and treating problems with the airway, breathing and circulation (including bag-mask ventilation)
• Intraosseous infusion
• Management of shock
• Management of critically ill children
• Basic life support
• Choking
• Neonatal life support
• Advanced cardiac arrest algorithms
• Shockable and non-shockable rhythms, defibrillation
• Management of (imminent) cardiac arrest, severe trauma and special circumstances; with emphasis on non-technical skills and team approach
• Post-resuscitation care and ethics
