APU presents Christmas Bash for Cash- a Powerlifting competition for male and female athletes.

Located in the Round House inside Chester Frost Park grounds.

Weigh in from 0800-1200 on Friday December 5 at Southside Fitness or 0700 on Saturday before the competition.
Lifter’s meeting at 0800 on Saturday before the competition.
