Did you know there are over 100 types of blood cancer? There are more than 100 to 120 distinct types of blood cancers, grouped primarily into leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, plus conditions like myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). 

So bring your friends and your family in your favorite red shirt! Weather permitting, maybe we can swim and float on the lake This hike is considered moderate. There is a lot of sun exposure but great views through out. 

Pack a lunch, sunscreen, plenty of water and electrolytes and of course your 10-essentials.

We can meet at the North Bend Safeway at 7AM for anyone who would like to carpool but will be boots on trail by 8am.
