In this hands-on class, you’ll craft a rich, silky pasta dough enhanced with an extra egg yolk, then fill it with a velvety butternut squash purée. We’ll prepare the dish from start to finish and serve it in a fragrant brown-butter herb sauce. The meal is rounded out with a crisp, fresh salad and warm sourdough bread, serving up a beautifully traditional Italian fare.
