This is a 2.1 mile trail with an estimate of 1 hour of walking time.This is a moderate unpaved hike with beautiful views. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!This is an easy meditative walk where we will practice mindfulness throughout the hike.
