- **Event Description**: Bring your students to cheer on the Braves as they play the Athletics at Truist Park on Wednesday, April 1 at 12:15 p.m.! As part of our Science Education Day, we will also enjoy a pregame science presentation by Michael Green the Science Machine (check out Episode 2 to hear all the reason why he's the best!). The program begins at 9:45 a.m. inside the ballpark and will run for approximately an hour. After the presentation, fans will go to their seats to cheer on the Braves!

Tickets are based on availability, so lock in your seats soon!

Event Schedule
9 a.m. – Gates open for participating schools
9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. – Science Education Day Program
12:15 p.m. – Braves vs. Athletics game

$15 Package Includes:
- A pregame science presentation by Michael Green the Science 
   Machine
- General Admission ticket to the game
- Voucher for a hot dog, chips, and a bottle of water

You will receive a physical ticket for this event. Once we receive all the tickets, we will post pick-up locations/times in this event. For this event, we will have pick-ups in Rome, Cartersville, and Calhoun.  

Your spot for this field trip is not reserved until you respond to the “RSVP HERE” post under the “Discussion” tab with the names of the adults in your party, the ages of your students, and use this link to send your full payment: PayPal.me/HDSpod. Please use the "Friends and Family" option. If you pay using the "goods and services" option, your payment will be refunded, minus any PayPal fees, and you will be asked to resubmit payment. Fees for field trips with Homeschooling Down South are non-refundable. If you pay your fee and choose not to come, you can give your spots to someone else by sending DM to Homeschooling Down South and including the person you are giving your space to on the thread. If you do not attend and do not pass on your tickets, your ticket money will be donated to the venue. By paying the fee and attending this field trip you are agreeing to adhere to all rules and verbal instructions provided by the venue, and to take responsibility for your own children. The venue and Homeschooling Down South are not responsible for your safety. There may be an additional liability waiver to sign in person upon arrival. Failure to sign will result in your being dismissed from the field trip without a refund. If you arrive late, you may message Homeschooling Down South for instructions to find the group, but it is not guaranteed that your message will be answered.
