We'll explore the archetype of the wounded healer through yogic dharma, myth and movement. 

Gather for an afternoon of connection and exploration beginning with nurturing movement; then reflecting with deep rest yoga Nidra, and finally, materializing intentions by crafting a new vision of our future using Kintsugi.

What is Kintsugi? It’s the centuries-old Japanese art of “golden joinery.” The process of repairing broken pottery elevates imperfection to art - or at least an artful lesson. This metaphor for mending also symbolizes our capacity for Renewal.
