Free Community Workout - CHAD1000x

Each year, over 6,000 veterans die by suicide and countless more struggle with mental health issues.

Our gym will be joining the Rogue and CrossFit communities in completing Chad1000X, a workout honoring decorated Navy Seal, Chad Wilkinson, who died by suicide on October 29, 2018.

This is 1000 box step ups for time - but we have infinite scaling options to make it accessible for people of all fitness levels and abilities including individual, partner, and team options with or without a weighted ruck or vest. Bring a ruck or vest if you have one as we have limited supply at the gym.

The workout is completely FREE for all, but any donations made to the gym that day (completely optional) will be given to the Step Up Foundation, the charity founded by Chad’s wife to benefit veteran mental health and suicide prevention.
