WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 

- 8am: Free drop-in yoga class! Start with strengthening and slow down to longer holds and meditation.
- 10am: Learn from and feel inspired by Mallory Holmes, a Pregnancy and Post-Partum coach in her talk “Post-Partum Fitness: Mindset and Body Relationship”!
- 1:30pm: Gain reflection and motivation from Shaun Code, a Life Coach, Entrepreneur, Author & Nutritionist in his talk “Focused as F*ck: Becoming Your Best Self”

*All services are free to attend with donations to Pivotal Help being accepted on-site
