Sacred geometry explores the universal patterns that shape life, consciousness, and the natural world. Found in flowers, shells, crystals, sound waves, ancient temples, and even the human body, these forms reflect an underlying order that bridges science, spirituality, and lived experience.
In this two-hour introductory course, participants will explore sacred geometry as both a visual language and an energetic experience. Rather than focusing on complex mathematics, we’ll explore how geometric forms influence perception, awareness, and coherence within the body and energy field.
You’ll be introduced to foundational forms such as the circle, spiral, Vesica Piscis, and basic three-dimensional shapes, along with their symbolic and energetic qualities. We’ll also explore the relationship between sacred geometry, vibration, sound, and frequency, and why certain forms naturally support grounding, calm, focus, or expansion.
This experiential and beginner-friendly course includes practical ways to work with sacred geometry for meditation, presence, energetic alignment, and daily life. No prior knowledge is required - just curiosity and openness.
