You are invited to rediscover strength not as effort, but as intimacy with yourself. Through conversation, simple breathwork, and grounded movement, we’ll explore what it means to come home to your own rhythm—where stability and softness coexist. Rooted in Pilates, this hour opens a new way to see wellness—one where movement becomes a conversation with the body’s innate intelligence.
During this session, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and reawaken the center that connects all things.
From Awareness to Embodiment
This introductory hour opens the doorway to Center as Source — a four-hour, retreat-style immersion where these same principles are lived more fully. What begins here as gentle conversation and simple movement deepens there into sustained practice, reflection, and embodied integration. The seminar plants the seed; the immersion lets it take root.
