A Taste of Summer: Progressive Wine Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable summer evening of four perfectly paired courses, each served with a hand-selected wine to complement every bite.

First Course:
A vibrant summer salad with goat cheese, arugula, avocado, shaved fennel, mandarin oranges, and red onion, tossed in a fresh herbed vinaigrette.

Second Course:
Pan-seared scallops over a green apple and fennel slaw with a touch of lemon and honey.

Third Course :
Grilled chicken topped with smoky romesco sauce, served alongside roasted zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Fourth Course:
A decadent dark chocolate tart with flaky sea salt and fresh berries.
